Join the Education Directorate as Director, HR and Injury Management Business Partnering, where you'll be part of a team delivering strategic and operational HR support to schools and business areas across the ACT. Working closely with senior leaders, you'll provide expert advice on a broad range of people matters, drive workforce initiatives and contribute to positive employee outcomes.
The Director, HR and Injury Management Business Partnering is responsible for delivering high-quality advice and support to schools and business areas across the Education Directorate. The role partners with senior leaders to provide strategic and operational guidance on workforce matters, employee relations, injury management, workforce planning and organisational change.

Eligibility/Other requirements: Professional memberships relevant to HR would be an advantage and/or AHARI Professional Accreditation/Practicing Certificate.
Notes: This is a temporary position available from 15 September 2026 until 15 September 2027 with the possibility of permanency. A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months.
