Details: Are you an organised, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Kingsford Smith School is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant/Finance Officer (ASO4) to join our Administration Team.
This diverse and rewarding role provides high-level executive, financial and administrative support to the Principal, Business Manager and Executive Leadership Team. You'll coordinate executive administration, financial processes, procurement, reporting and governance activities while helping ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of one of the ACT's largest P–10 schools.
We are looking for someone who:

- Has experience in financial administration, procurement and executive support.
- Builds strong relationships and provides outstanding customer service.

Eligibility/Other Requirements:

Note: This is a temporary position available from 31 August 2026 to 28 January 2027 with the possibility of permanency.
A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months.
