Details: The Workforce Coordinator role will support the Directorate in providing a range of operational rostering activities in support of ACT Government cleaning requirements including ACT Government schools, and Government buildings.

The Workforce Coordinator sits within the Rostering Team and will work collaboratively with other team members within the broader team structure. Under limited direction, the Workforce Coordinator will have focus on using the workplace management system UKG Pro (Kronos) to assist with the management of workplace scheduling, attendance, and payroll of staff.

  • Proficient in use of UKG Pro (Kronos) workforce management systems.

Note: This is a temporary position available immediately for a period of up to 12 months with the possibility of extension and/or permanency. A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months. Selection may be based on application and referee reports only. Opportunities for flexible working options could include hybrid working, being a combination of working from home, designated office based and FlexiSpace working locations across the ACT, part-time hours, job-sharing, flexible start, and finish times.
