As Manager of the Registrations team, you’ll be at the forefront of identifying Canberra’s rich cultural, natural, and historic heritage. Whether it’s delving into the archives, visiting heritage sites, or engaging with the community, your work will ensure that the ACT’s heritage is recognised, protected, and celebrated for generations to come.

Based in a flexible, activity-based work environment in Dickson, you’ll have the flexibility to work remotely, collaborate with passionate colleagues, and see the results of your work unfold across the Territory.

Eligibility/other requirements:

Manage the team overseeing nominations and assessments to the ACT Heritage Register, including working closely with the Heritage Council. The position includes:

  • strong project management experience
  • stakeholder management skills
  • experience of applying legislation
  • knowledge of government processes
  • experience responding to FOI requests
