Details: The EPSDD Communications, Engagement and Media Branch is currently seeking expressions of interest for a Communications and Engagement Officer role in the Environment, Heritage and Parks Division.

Under supervised direction, you will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to develop, deliver, and evaluate best practice communications and engagement projects. You will create and implement targeted community and stakeholder engagement activities, develop strategies, and provide advice to senior leaders, while also producing engaging content for various channels. Additionally, you will evaluate projects for continuous improvement and work closely with stakeholders to ensure effective communication, adhering to the ACTPS Code of Conduct and values.

Applicants should have experience in a communication and engagement role in the ACT Government. Strong organisational and collaboration skills, ability to managing competing priorities and good writing skills are requirements for this position.

This is a temporary position available from mid-May for a period of six months. This position is available to ACT Government officers and employees only.
