What You'll Do
- champion exceptional customer engagement, ensuring every interaction builds trust and delivers value to government clients and stakeholders
- lead the way in good governance, setting the standard for ethical, compliant and transparent processes across all your projects
- take charge of contract management, from negotiation to execution in onboarding new banking products and solutions, including a seamless delivery for our government clients
- design and refine processes that make the complex simple, driving efficiency and continuous improvement in everything you touch in concert with our banking services provider

Eligibility/Other Requirements: Prior experience in banking services customer engagement arising from product and service delivery under a banking contract in either the government context or for a large private enterprise and providing strategic and operational support to senior officers will be highly regarded.
Note: This is a temporary position available immediately for a period of 12 Months with the possibility of permanency. A merit pool will be established for this selection process and may be used to fill identical vacancies over the next twelve months. Selection may be based on application and referee reports only. This position is in an activity-based working (ABW) environment. Under ABW arrangements, officers do not have a designated workstation/desk. Flexible arrangements are supported, including working from home arrangements.
