Details: The Northside Hospital Transition Commercial team within the Health and Community Services Directorate is seeking an enthusiastic project officer who can hit the ground running in providing high level strategic policy advice and project support.
We are seeking applications from individuals with the ability and interest in working in a dynamic, fast paced environment where priorities change often. Candidates must be willing to work under limited direction to deliver key outputs and provide leadership to other positions in the team.
The available position will provide policy and project support by coordinating reporting requirements for the project, engaging with workstreams, and commercial and legal advisers to develop policy positions on a range of matters, and draft and deliver a suite of documents to support the project. The positions are critical in overseeing and supporting the governance for the project, and in delivering the claims evaluation process in line with the Health Infrastructure Enabling Act and Regulation (2023).
This role will support the Senior Director/s to deliver the work program of the commercial stream of the project including undertaking analysis and assessment of complex documentation, managing the governance committees, and preparing strategic advice for key government stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved within agreed timeframes.
The successful applicant must have excellent written and oral skills, with the ability to collaborate with a range of stakeholders to achieve results in a high-pressure environment.

A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months.
