About the role
As Project Manager, you’ll lead the coordination of a complex, high-profile program with multiple moving parts. Working closely with senior leadership, ICT partners, and operational teams, you will:
- Drive delivery across key workstreams including service delivery, workforce, ICT, and procurement
- Manage schedules, risks, and dependencies to keep the program on track
- Coordinate implementation of new systems and service models, ensuring operational readiness
- Provide clear reporting, governance support, and stakeholder engagement
- Play a central role in ensuring a smooth transition from outsourced to internal service delivery

Eligibility/Other requirements:
- Relevant qualifications in project management, business, information technology or a related discipline, or demonstrated experience in a similar role is desirable.
- Experience supporting delivery of projects or programs, including coordination, reporting and stakeholder engagement, in a government or similarly complex environment.
Notes: A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months.
