Details: Join Infrastructure Canberra and play a key role in managing and administrating our electronic records.

As part of the ICT, Data and Records team, you’ll help ensure secure, compliant, and efficient management of records, systems and data. Our newly for team provide strategic oversight of cybersecurity, data governance, and records management aligned with the Territory Records Act 2002 and ACT Government standards.

In this role, you will:

  • Administer the Objective EDRMS, including user access, security settings, and audits.
  • Support electronic record storage, disposal, and compliance with best practice standards.
  • Deliver training and user support for the Objective system.
  • Develop and maintain system policies, procedures, and documentation.
  • Contribute to projects and initiatives under the guidance of the Assistant Director, Records.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and represent Infrastructure Canberra in whole-of-government forums.

Eligibility/Other Requirements:

Experience with administrating Objective is highly desirable

Note: This is a temporary position available from 1 July 2025 until 30 June 2026 with the possibility of extension up to 12 months. A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months.

Flexible Working Arrangements. Required to work in the CIVIC, ACT 1-2 days per week.
