An exciting opportunity exists within the Government Insourcing Taskforce for a motivated Executive Assistant to join the team until 30 June 2026, with the possibility of extension up to 12 months and/or permanency.
The Executive Assistant reports to the Executive Officer, Pipeline, Capability and Estate with support provided to the Taskforce on a daily basis. The ideal candidate will bring:
- Efficient and confidential executive support to the Executive Branch Manager, including the collation and delivery of relevant information and executive correspondence;
- Improvements and streamlining of administrative processes as required; and
- Secretariat functions for the branch.

Eligibility/Other requirements:
- Experience in providing support to Senior Executive and/or an Office will be highly regarded.
- Experience using Objective, TRIM, Sharepoint, OneNote, Microsoft Teams and Converga is desirable.
Notes: This is a temporary position available immediately until 30 June 2026 with the possibility of extension up to 12 months and/or permanency.
A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months. Selection may be based on application and referee reports only.
