Details: As the Senior Director, Public Housing Facilities Management Insourcing, you will provide strategic leadership across a complex, multi-year program to transition public housing facilities management services to an insourced delivery model. Working closely with the Program Director and the broader Insourcing team, you will lead a diverse portfolio spanning program and project delivery, commercial and procurement activities, governance, assurance, risk management, performance monitoring, and reporting.
As the Senior Director, you will take responsibility for key program priorities, with the specific focus of the role aligned to program needs and your skills and experience. You will also demonstrate the agility and flexibility required to respond to evolving program needs while ensuring alignment with government priorities, agreed timelines, budget requirements, and service delivery outcomes. Through your leadership, you will help drive successful program delivery and support the achievement of long-term strategic objectives.
