Details: JACS are seeking Expressions of Interest for the Senior Director HRBP and IM role to commence immediately – 23 October 2026 (with a possibility of extension.) Please find attached a copy of the position description. This role is a critical position that provides senior leadership to the HR Business Partnering team and the Injury Management team in the People Culture and Safety branch in JACS. To be successful, you will present as an experienced HR leader with solid skills and experience in managing and advising on misconduct and injury management matters. You will also have experience in leading and managing complex employment matters on behalf of the Directorate with the ability to be a trusted advisor in the delivery of proactive and reactive HR services to the Directorate.
Note: This is a temporary position available immediately until 23 October 2026, with the possibility of extension up to six months. This position is available to ACT Government officers and employees only.
