Details: Join a supportive and collaborative team dedicated to delivering high-quality services to schools across the ACT Education Directorate. As an Administration Officer, Business Improvement and Support, you will play an important role in strengthening school operations by providing reliable administrative support, maintaining systems and resources, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a team environment, takes pride in accuracy and organisation, and is motivated to help others succeed.
In this varied and rewarding role, you will support day-to-day team operations, coordinate activities such as meetings, onboarding, and training, and assist in maintaining accurate records, documentation, and digital resources across multiple platforms. You will also engage with a range of stakeholders, providing responsive support and helping ensure consistent and effective administrative practices across school business functions. Your strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities will be key to delivering quality outcomes.

Eligibility/Other requirements:

Highly Desirable:
- Experience in an administration role.
- Certificate IV or equivalent e.g., Business Administration, Government (School Support Services), Government.
- Business qualifications or experience in a business-related role
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Excellent knowledge of TRIM and SharePoint.
