Details: Are you a high performing people leader with a strong HR generalist background? The Education Directorate has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and capable Senior Director to lead the People and Conduct team. As part of the People and Performance leadership team, you will lead a team of HR Business Partners, People Cases and Injury Management professionals who provide complex advice on all things people, conduct and injury management.

Eligibility/Other requirements:
- This position does not require a Working with Vulnerable People Check.
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, or similar highly desirable.
- Professional memberships relevant to HR would be an advantage and/or AHRI Professional Accreditation/Practicing Certificate.
