The Legislation Reform team within the Strategic Policy Branch is looking for a motivated and conscientious individual to provide administrative and research support in making changes to a range of ACT Government legislation.

You will need to be highly organised, think strategically, have excellent research, analytical and written skills, and a desire to build and maintain quality relationships with a range of stakeholders. To be successful in this role you must be able to work cooperatively with others as well as being self-driven.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is interested in building their project and policy experience in the delivery of strategic legislative reform.

Note: This is a temporary position available immediately for a period of six months with the possibility of extension up to 12 months and/or permanency. A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months. Selection may be based on application and referee reports only. The position involves hybrid work arrangements between 220 London Circuit, Hedley Beare Centre for Teaching and Learning in Stirling and remote. Individual work arrangements can be negotiated with the Director and Executive Branch Manager aligned with team need.
