The Legislation Reform team within the Strategic Policy Branch of the Education Directorate is looking for a motivated and conscientious individual to provide administrative and research support in making changes to education legislation.

You will need to be highly organised, think strategically, have excellent research, analytical and written skills, and a desire to build and maintain quality relationships with a range of stakeholders. To be successful in this role you must be able to work cooperatively with others as well as being self-driven.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is interested in building their project and policy experience in the delivery of strategic legislative reform.

Note: This is a temporary position available immediately until 30 October 2026 with the possibility of extension and/or permanency.

A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months. Selection may be based on application and referee reports only.

The position involves hybrid work arrangements between 220 London Circuit and remote. Individual work arrangements can be negotiated with the Director and Executive Branch Manager aligned with team need.
